Davy Wallach is a family office advisor and capital markets specialist with over 8 years of experience in debt and equity advisory, M&A advisory, and private equity for middle market and family-owned businesses.
Davy advises families on and coordinates debt and equity recapitalizations for family operating companies, helping families optimize their capital structure while maintaining ownership control. He develops and maintains strategic relationships with lenders, private equity firms, family offices, and other capital sources nationwide. Davy leads due diligence processes and provides strategic advisory on growth financing solutions and complex capital transactions.
Prior to joining Telos, Davy served as Vice President at Black Hills Capital, LLC, where he partnered with family offices to identify and secure high-value investment opportunities, delivering strategic solutions in business development, M&A, real estate private equity, valuation modeling, investor relations, and corporate partnership development for family-owned and middle market companies.
Prior to that, as Sr. Director at Spring11, LLC, Davy was integral to the company's explosive growth, hiring the entire Atlanta office and driving the asset management division's monthly revenue from $60,000 to over $500,000/month.
